Milk Tea

Assam Tea (CTC)

Forget about Lipton Milk Tea, we will make our own and all you need is Black Tea (I used Assam Tea, generally produced in Assam, India under the CTC method.

CTC is a method of how to process the black tea and it stands for Crush, Tear and Curl and it won't be like the loose tea leaves.

There are many kinds out in the market and you can use other ones too depending on your flavor. but not the Chinese Red Tea with loose tea leaves, since the process of the tea making is different, the flavors vary.). You will, of course, need Hot water, milk (cold or hot) and sugar ( it's probably better to use sugar cubes but regular sugar will do just fine).

As for how much you should add, all depends on you and just take it easy, if it didn't work out the first time, it will the next time and overall it's not mad science and rather a relaxed experience ;)

Enjoy the cup of tea!
